The New York Times did a wonderful piece on the Iditarod Invitational (blog) with will start March 1, 2009. If you like biking in the winter you may find this piece interesting. The Iditarod Invitational (home page) is much more than just a race. For many who participate the race becomes a struggle just to survive. If you're interested go here to read it.
