I've had some kind of virus since before Christmas. It started out flu-like and went into my chest. I've been congested, coughing, and feeling weak for the past three weeks. This morning was my first hard workout since last Friday. I felt much better. My legs felt stronger than ever, but my chest continues to feel tight and I continue to cough a good deal. With the illness my heart rate has been somewhat irratic, but I was able to keep in check today.
I feel like I'm back on track and I'm looking forward to another 2 tomorrow.
