Not much to write at this time. I'm having coffee then heading to the club to workout.
New game plan however. Load a backpack with my cycling stuff, run to the club, ride the bike, do my weights and core work, run back home. Not sure how that will work as my legs are still mushy from Friday and yesterday. I'll update this more this afternoon.
