Had a wonderful ride today up in Elm Creek. I was able to hammer out about twenty-five miles in just around two hours. The day was absolutely gorgeous! It's hard to believe that in is the first of November. The best song of today's ride was of course... "Magic Carpet Ride" by Steppenwolf.
We have a German dinner to attend tonight. Looking forward to a couple of St. Paulie Girl beers. The food on the other hand...well, I'm not very fond of German food. It just doesn't seem to be very healthy.
Patti made an apple strudel which I'm sure will be delicious because the recipe called for almost two sticks of butter. I know that I will be riding tomorrow just to get all of that out of my system.
