Patti and I went snowshoeing on these same trails last night. Certainly more to see during the day, but I sure love being in the woods at night.
It was a very quiet afternoon with the exception of the pileated woodpeckers, bluejays and the crunch of the snow under my snowshoes.
What a great way to spend a few hours on a weekend afternoon.
I'm looking forward to getting out again some night this week. Hopefully under clear star filled skies.
