Tis' The Season

If you own a fat bike and haven't ridden up in northern Minnesota...NOW!!! Is definitely the time to go. The forests north of my little hometown are absolutely beautiful right now. I just returned from a long weekend and have so many images it was hard to decide which ones to post and they are not in chronological order.

The weather was awesome, and temps varied from near 0 (F) or just below with -15 windchills, to around 19 (F). One other note...The 45 NRTH Wolvhammers were phenomenal:) More on those in the future.

I truly hope you enjoy the images. Finally, have a very Merry Christmas!!!!

It's going to be difficult and rather boring to go back to riding the single track after this experience. Maybe I'll have to venture down to the River Bottoms.

Keep the wheels rolling and stop to enjoy the scenery:)

Looks like you caught the Northland at it's most beautiful. After a snowfall and not enough wind to knock all the snow off the trees. One of my most memorable Boundary Waters winter camping trips was in conditions just like this. The day before we headed out there was a 6" snowfall followed by four glorious winter days with no wind and temps in the single digits and teens. It was take your breathe away beautiful.
