This has been the best possible medicine for me. I was once talking to a priest who had mentioned the fact that he hadn't seen me in church for quite some time. My response to him was, "Well Father, most choose to worship God in his house, but I would rather worship him by just enjoying time in his backyard." The priest smiled and said, "You know Bill, that is a pretty nice way to look at it."Maybe what he was really thinking was..."This poor guy is going to go straight to hell." Gosh, I hope not.
